at first sight: it’s exactly as if I had fallen in love. I discovered a reality that shocked me: even though franchising has been present in Italy for a long time, more than twenty years, it’s as if everything here was still a big, huge start-up.
Most people, including me until recently, are completely unaware of the immense potential of this organizational structure, of this working method, of this possibility for expansion.
I’ll tell you my experience
I was always traveling, back and forth for work… different companies, lots of people crossed paths every day, all different sectors and areas. In each whatsapp number list of these sectors I could have superimposed the idea of a franchise: it would have been like putting tissue paper on the company’s design, starting to make copies and thinking of distributing them throughout the territory.
Unfortunately, however, it is quite complex the next step is to put to be able to make such a broad speech, especially because in Italy franchising is still a complete unknown . Everyone ignores the real opportunities and, consequently, remains chained in their own little world safe from any danger.
